How much does shipping cost?

Online: Shipping is free for online orders over US$100. For online orders below US$100, a flat rate of US$20 is charged. Offline: Shipping is free for all orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our orders globally via FedEx and DHL.

Shipping is done at no additional cost to the following countries: Åland, American Samoa, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua, New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Tahiti (French Polynesia), Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.

For other countries, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

How can I shop in a different currency?

Senszio currently supports the following currencies: British Pounds (£), Danish krone (DKK), Euros (€), Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), Norwegian krone (NOK), Swedish krona (SEK), Swiss Franc (CHF) and the US Dollar ($). You are only able to make purchases in the currency of the country you wish to ship the product to.

How do you handle US Sales Tax?

For orders shipping to the states of DC, FL, IL, MA or NY, a state-appropriate sales tax will be applied to your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom Made-to-Measure and Custom Online orders will take 4 weeks after order confirmation.

Bespoke orders can take anywhere from 5 weeks to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the number of fittings you have with our stylists.

Ready-to-wear and accessories’ orders are shipped immediately if ordered separately. If they are combined with Custom Made-to-Measure, Bespoke or Custom Online orders, we hold them and combine shipments.

Rush Deliveries

Rush deliveries are not possible for first orders of Custom Made-to-Measure and Bespoke items due to the intricate process of hand-crafted pattern-making.

Once your pattern is saved in our system, future orders will have more flexibility for rush requests.

How do I track an existing order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number and an expected date of delivery.
